Letter I: From Annonymous

My story is not unlike many whom have written.

I got a real surprise when I was diagnosed with osteopenia as I do all the things that are supposed to stave it off. I teach Yoga, weight train, hike frequently, and eat all the right foods. But alas, there it was.

I tried taking extra calcium and doing more of all the right things, and was even further surprised again when my next dexa scan showed a decrease in my bone density and now I was diagnosed with osteoporosis.

As a result my doctor put me on Boniva which threw me into the hospital with a bleeding ulcer and muscle and bone pain which was like no pain I had never experienced before. It was a once a month dose, so for the next month I suffered miserably.

The doctors suggested I then go on Prolia instead as it is in an injection and wouldn't go through my gastrointestinal tract. After researching and talking with several pharmacists, they all agreed that even though Prolia is a different kind of drug than Boniva, if I had a severe reaction to one, the likelihood of experiencing it with another, would definitely be increased.

Prolia would take 6 months to get out of my system if I had another bad reaction. Knowing what I had been through, I felt it was just too much of a risk.

During my research I came across EZorb. I thought, no side effects, what have I got to lose. So I took it for 6 months and low and behold my last dexa scan a couple of weeks ago showed I have gone from osteoporosis back to osteopenia!

I held my breath as I opened the results as I thought, "What am I going to do if it didn't work". I had run out of options. To say I was thrilled is an understatement. I then wondered if perhaps I could have stopped the osteopenia from going into osteoporosis if I would have tried EZorb sooner.

I am not one to write testimonials in fact this is my first, but I felt compelled to do so in hopes it may help someone else.

All I can say is thank you EZorb!

Letter II: From Jean W.

Received Letter Dated Aug. 8, 2015

Dear EZorb,

I started taking this wonderful calcium 3 years ago. I had a bone spur which gave me great pain and in 3 months it was totally gone. I also suffered calf pain which went away after about 1 month. I was using a calcium product from a chiropractor who said his was pharmaceutical grade, but didn't work. All I can state is that this has worked when other's have failed.

Unfortunately I also had fractured my tailbone in 2008 and it took that pain away. I will never stop using this great product and I tell all those who will listen to me, this is very effective.

I praise God for all the people EZorb Company that make this great product, it has helped me and I know it will benefit all those who are willing to give it a try.

I Sincerely;
Jean W.

2. Research News: Evidence Supports Exercise Training in PAH

Exercise training is a "promising intervention", alongside medical treatment, in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), say the authors of a systematic review.

However, they also highlight the need for more research. The team identified 15 studies of exercise training, involving 482 PAH patients, but the study designs were very variable, preventing them from doing a meta-analysis of the data.

The studies comprised four randomized trials, eight non-randomized trials and three case series/reports. Abraham Samuel Babu (Manipal University, India) and co-authors rated five of these studies as good quality, eight as moderate quality and four as poor.

Overall, exercise training improved patients' 6-minute walk distance (6MWD), with reported increases ranging from 17 to 96 meters. Patients also achieved improvements in other exercise variables, including peak VO2, which increased to between 1.1 and 2.1 mL/kg per min.

However, the researchers note that peak VO2 remained below 3.5 mL/kg per min (typical for untrained, healthy men), despite the generally large improvements in 6MWD.

"The wide variation in improvements in 6MWD brings to light the need for establishing the minimal clinically important difference for the 6MWT in PAH", they write in Heart, Lung and Circulation.

Exercise training improved patients' functional class - significantly in some studies with a positive trend in others - which the team describes as "encouraging", given that improvements in functional class have been associated with lower 3-year mortality.

The studies in the systematic review all reported high survival rates for patients participating in exercise training, although the authors caution that research into the survival benefits of exercise training "is in its early stages".

All studies reported that exercise training led to significant improvements in patients' quality of life.

Babu et al stress that more research is needed to determine the optimal intensity and duration of exercise training, and its effects on outcomes including cardiac function and survival. But they believe that the evidence identified in their review "supports the argument on the potential benefits for exercise training as an adjunct to existing medical therapies."

Original research was published in Heart Lung Circ 2015; Advance online publication.
