Dear Friends,

I remember when I was desperately looking for help and fell upon your website. I read the testimonials and wished so much that I could have a wonderful result like I read others had.

I have spent the last 15 years in agony. I had pain in every part of my body. I ached unbearably, was so stiff I could not stand straight upon rising from a sitting position, could no longer grip anything well in my right had, my writing had become unlegible. I had low grade fevers, constant headaches, slept very poorly and had no appetite. I felt like an old woman and I am only 50 years old. I was terrified what I would be like in 5 more years. I had a bone density scan and it showed advanced osteoporosis, which was complicated by fibromyalgia.

I went online looking for calcium that would be the most absorbable, as what I was taking obviously was of no help. I found Ezorb and decided to give it a try.

I started with the Startup phase of 12 capsules a day. I found I preferred the powder mixed in juice. In 2 weeks I began to sleep like I used to in my 20's. I was shocked! Could calcium be making that differece? In 4 weeks the constant pain began to ease up, but I was still skeptical. Occasionally, for no reason, I might have a day or 2 that wasnt too bad. The good days continued! By 6 weeks most the swelling, pain and stiffness in my hand had susided and I could hold a cup, plate and pen!

It has now been 10 weeks and I feel so well I shoveled 10 yards of bark mulch onto my flower beds! I feel better every day, sleep like a baby and cant thank you enough for giving me my life back!

I want to say this one thing. If I had to suffer this many years just so that I could give this testimony so that someone else might decide to give this a try, then it was all worth it. Please give it a try! You have nothing to loose!

Thank you Ezorb for all you have done for me!

2. Interesting Reading: Dip Into Honey Pot for Good Health

Adding a little honey to your diet may do more than satisfy your sweet tooth. Honey may also boost levels of healthy antioxidants, new research suggests.

For centuries, honey has been known to have some beneficial effects, according to University of California-Davis researcher Dr. Heidrun B. Gross. Gross recalled her grandmother's advice to eat honey when she felt under the weather. Now, Gross and her colleagues have provided scientific evidence to support what her grandmother knew all along.

"Honey is not just a sweetener," Gross said. It also has compounds called phenolics that have antioxidant properties, she explained. These substances quench free radicals, which are unstable byproducts of normal metabolism that cause damage to arteries, and to DNA that can lead to cancer and other diseases.

In a study of 25 healthy adults, Gross and her colleagues showed that honey can boost antioxidant levels. For 29 days, participants added 4 tablespoons of buckwheat honey to their daily diet. The researchers tested two types of buckwheat honey with different amounts of antioxidants. Blood samples taken at the beginning and end of the study showed that the total level of phenolics increased in both groups of volunteers.

Previous research had shown that a single dose of honey can boost antioxidants, but Gross said that the current study is thought to be the first study of daily honey consumption.

"You can definitely increase the amount of antioxidants" by adding a little honey to your diet, Gross said. She noted that the study included only healthy people, so the jury is still out on the long-term health benefits of honey.

But for people interested in boosting antioxidant levels, the California researcher recommended adding 2 to 4 tablespoons a day to their diet. This amount of honey "definitely provides some antioxidants," she said, which may boost the body's defense system.

Gross advised people to consider substituting honey for other sweeteners that do not provide the same burst of antioxidants. But not all honey is created equal in terms of antioxidants, Gross said. For the most part, the darker the honey, the more antioxidants it contains, she said.
