Hi,
my name is Terri,
I
was experiencing carpal tunnel and a foot fracture

Hi,
my name is Wendy
In
March of 2005 I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my
upper back and osteopenia in my hip. I was very
surprised at this diagnosis as I am quite active.
When
the diagnosis came I decided to take matters into my
own hands. I immediately got onto the internet and got
educated. I didn't like anything I found concerning
the medications for this condition. And a friend of
mine suggested I find a "natural" cure. I
agreed with her.
When
I had my doctors appointment to discuss treatment, my
doctor wanted to put me on Forteo. I found out this
drug can cause bone cancer when given in large doses
to some laboratory rats. Apparently, concerning the
drugs for this disease, the CURE IS WORSE THAN THE
DISEASE!! I ended up visiting lots of web sites. In my
search I found ezorb.
Somehow
I kept coming back to their site. What sold me on
their product was all the testimonials. I kept reading
them. Finally my husband told me to order some. I did.
Currently,
I am taking about 4-5 pills a day. I won't know the
results until my next bone scan. But I am confident
that I am going to see results. And at least ezorb is
better than putting myself at risk for bone cancer! I
also have my husband on it as well. For years he was
on prednisone for his asthma. And when I discovered
what prednisone does to bones, I wanted him on it as
well. He used to complain about how much his back hurt
him, but I haven't heard him complaining lately, so
we'll see.
I
figure my doctor won't be too thrilled about my
decision regarding the forteo, but I feel it's my
body. I plan to bring my ezorb to my next appointment
and I'll see what he says.
You

Hi,
my name is S. McCumbee and I had a heel
spur.
After
being on my feet all day, I could hardly walk after I
got home. I kept a can on the flloor at home as well
as at work, that when my foot started hurting, I would
roll my foot on the can.
I
came across EZorb on the internet when surfing for
information for heel spurs. I have been using EZorb
since Dec. and walking and being on my feet is no
problem now. In fact, I put the can away and have not

Research Digest: Calcium Reduces Blood Pressure
Researchers
have found that dairy products and calcium - a mineral
found in high concentrations in milk, cheese and
yogurt - have the ability to reduce blood pressure.
"Previous
studies have shown a potential inverse relationship
between blood pressure and daily calcium intake,"
explain Dr Jean-Bernard Ruidavets, from Toulouse
University School of Medicine in France, and
colleagues.
They
add: "Since dairy calcium represents about 73% of
total dietary calcium intake in Western populations,
it has been suggested that the beneficial effect of
dairy products on blood pressure could be attributed
to their calcium content."
To
investigate, the researchers examined blood pressure
and diet in 912 men, aged between 45 and 64 years, who
were taking part in a heart disease study. The
participants completed a questionnaire on food intake
and blood pressure risk factors and underwent blood
pressure measurements.
Analysis
of the results revealed that men in the highest fifth
of calcium intake had blood pressure levels that were
an average 4.1 mmHg lower than those in the lowest
fifth of calcium intake, while for milk intake this
difference was 3.8 mmHg.
Higher
dairy or calcium intake was linked to healthier
behaviors such as physical activity, greater fruit
consumption and not smoking.
"Our
results show that the association with blood pressure
was stronger when the consumption of both dairy
products and dietary calcium was high, suggesting a
specific effect of calcium and other biological
components of dairy products on blood pressure,"
the researchers conclude.
