Letter I: From Laurie T.

I was diagnosed two years ago with Osteopenia (I was 48 at the time). I began using EZorb and have done so since then.

Two weeks ago I went for a bone density test and today I received the results as NORMAL! Thank you EZorb for making a 50 year old a very happy woman!

Letter II: From Celeste-OH

Hi, my name is Celeste-OH. My husband has watched me for the last fifteen years complain about everything from headaches, total body aches, we would often have to stop while walking because of excruciating pain in my left hip.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1997, of course advised by my primary care physician that there was no known medical knowledge what causes the widespread pain.

Well to make a long story short, I am not one to take the legal drugs that are being prescribed that should be illegal for what happens in your body when you take them. Last week my wonderful husband asked me to read the article about EZorb, and I am glad he did.

I started using the powder twice daily four days ago, and was actually able to walk down four flights of stairs in my apartment building. I realize it would normally be too soon to mention a noticeable change in your body, but I can honestly say that it is easier to sit, stand, walk, and lie down.

My husband has also said that I am sleeping better. I know I haven't awaken the usual three or four times a night which had become unfortunately my norm.

I appreciate the opportunity to use such a remarkable product, oh yeah with out thoughts or acts of suicide. Thank you Michael, and thank you EZorb.

This stuff is amazing, I have had a spot on my right shoulder blade for years and 1 1/2 yrs ago we got really heavy plates at the restaurant. Oh man they have been killing me every since 1 1/2 yrs going to drs, going to chiropractors for every week with little or no relief. Sometimes that even made it feel worse.

I got your product on Wed and started taking the powder and the pills both and within that night my back felt better a little pain at night but nothing like it was.

Well today is Saturday and I have absolutely no pain at all in that area. I bought this for my fibromyalgia and it has helped that alot too but I did not expect anything to ever help my back I am simply amazed. I love your product and you have a customer for life. Thank you so much ezorb.

Letter IV: From Deborah

Hi, my name is Deborah, and I have had several surgeries to remove bone spurs from different places in my body. Nose, Toes, and Thoracic spine.

For the past several years, I have suffered from heel spurs. After anti-inflammatories and cortisone injections (which by the way, lower your immune system). I had an injection in May and another one in June. In July they gave me a steroid pack of medrol.

What the doctors forgot to tell me was about the cortisone injections lowering your immune system. I ended up with a very serious blood infection and almost died. I had to be hospitalized for intra-venous anti-biotics for three days. The infection was in my blood, kidneys, and attacking other organs. Needless to say, I gave up on any further cortisone injections. I walked with crutches and a boot to stabilize my heel and wore a splint at night.

A few months later while on a cruise in Alaska, I was told by a native there, who had used Ezorb, that it had dissolved her heel spurs. So as soon as I got home, I ordered three bottles.

That was early August of 2012. It is now October, not quite three months later, and I am free of heel pain, no longer wear a boot or a night splint, and have more energy and can think clearer than in years.

Two years ago I had laser surgery to remove spurs and herniated discs from my neck. I wish I had known about Ezorb then. Doctors said they don't see how all the different spurs in various areas of my body could be connected. I'm convinced they are. It is because I NEVER drink milk, nor did I take calcium supplements. I do now, and will continue to. Thank you Ezorb!!!

I have never responded or wrote a review on ANY product before. However, I feel this one is well worth it. It works.

2. Research News: Researchers Push to Further Reduce Salt Intake

Countries should aim for even lower adult salt consumption than the current World Health Organization (WHO) targets, say researchers.

Two reviews published in the BMJ show that reduced salt consumption results in dose-dependent reductions in blood pressure, while a further review supports increased potassium consumption in patients with high blood pressure to reduce the risk for stroke.

The authors of one study say that the target daily salt consumption for adults should be 3 g per person, lower than the WHO's goal to reduce global adult consumption to 5-6 g/day by 2025.

"The current recommendations to reduce salt intake from 9-12 to 5-6 g/day will have a major effect on blood pressure, but a further reduction to 3 g/day will have a greater effect and should become the long term target for population salt intake," say Feng He (Queen Mary, University of London, UK) and colleagues.

Meta-analysis findings informed new WHO guidelines issued in January which for the first time made recommendations on potassium intake levels.

The reports also allay recently raised concerns that changes to salt and potassium consumption can result in biochemical disturbances, finding no evidence for adverse effects on blood lipids, hormone levels, or kidney function.

He and colleagues analyzed 34 trials including 3230 participants that reported the effect of modest declines in salt intake (mean 4.4 g/day). They observed a mean -4.18 mmHg change in systolic blood pressure and a mean -2.06 mmHg change in diastolic blood pressure. The effect was most pronounced in patients with hypertension but still led to significant declines in blood pressure in normotensive individuals.

Nancy Aburto (WHO, Geneva, Switzerland) and colleagues reached similar conclusions in their analysis of sodium consumption reported by 56 studies. As well as finding significantly lower blood pressure among participants who consumed lower amounts of sodium per day, they observed no adverse effects in terms of blood lipids, catecholamine levels, or renal function. They also report that increased sodium intake was associated with a 24% increase in the risk for stroke, a 64% increase in the risk for stroke mortality, and a 32% increase in the risk for coronary heart disease mortality.

Meanwhile, in a separate analysis of 33 studies involving 128,644 participants, Aburto and colleagues found that increased potassium intake resulted in a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (average 5.93 and 3.78 mmHg, respectively), with the greatest reductions observed in those who increased their potassium consumption by 90-120 mmol/day. On the basis of this evidence, WHO now recommends that adults and children should increase their potassium intake from food and that adults should consume more than 90 mmol/day for beneficial effects on blood pressure and risk for related cardiovascular disease.

Original research was published in BMJ 2013; 346: f1325; f1326; f1378.
